Terms & Conditions

• You must declare all medical conditions during registration and inform us should this change by emailing us at info@chesssteps.co.uk 
• You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed and/or video recorded for marketing use, and inform us should this change by emailing us at info@chesssteps.co.uk
• You must confirm home time arrangements and inform us should this change by emailing us at info@chesssteps.co.uk (excluding online sessions)
• Children should be punctual to avoid unnecessary delay in starting the session
• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
• You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class. (excluding online sessions)
• We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances.
• Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
• Chess Steps or any of their staff are not responsible for any loss or injury during the class.
• Chess Steps reserve the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.
• If sessions are cancelled due to adverse weather (alongside local schools), we will inform you via email as soon as possible and move the sessions online.
• Children are permitted to bring a water bottle to the sessions but please do not bring any food as we have children who suffer with severe food allergies. (excluding online sessions)
